Ah, but it isn't..our gluten free bakery creates divine food that is also actually healthy. Really! You must eat it and see :-). Proudly 100% Australian family owned.
We bake bread, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins…and will be adding pizza bases, quiches, and more!
ALL our products are:
∗ gluten free, wheat free, organic or natural, low GI
And have:
∗ no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, no refined sugar (except a small amount in the dark chocolate), no soy flour, no corn/maize flour, no GMOs
SOME of our products are also:
∗ dairy free, nut free, egg free, yeast free, vegetarian/ vegan
We use Certified Organic ingredients whenever seasonally and economically available.

We have just won the 2012 Official Great Aussie Pie Competition Award for the BEST GOURMET GLUTEN FREE PIE in Australia! WOW! Still shaking our heads in disbelief - but what a phenomenal honour!!!
Both our entries, Gluten Free Steak and Vegetable and Gluten Free Chicken, Leek and Tarragon, won Gold Medals. We can now officially claim the 2012 title of: The Best Gourmet Gluten Free Pie in Australia!
